KC Sauce - The Best We Know About
Growing up in Kansas City, I was lucky enough to try quite a few sauces. The sauces we will focus on today are the BBQ Sauces of Kansas City. If you were not aware, many people around the world (including people from KC) consider Kansas City as the BBQ capital of the world.
When considering available sauces made in Kansas City, most people quickly point you to KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce. This is a good KC sauce with mass appeal. But we would have you try some Gates BBQ sauce which includes a little more of a kick in the pants. We additionally recommend trying Rosedale BBQ Sauce if you are looking for a sweeter sauce. Other top KC sauces to consider would be Oklahoma Joe's, Jack Stack's and Wyandotte BBQ sauce.
